Quality and compassion are at the forefront of our mission. We Believe in cruelty free baked Goods for all to enjoy. We want to create high Quality, Classic pastries the feed the soul, And we Strive to be a responsible of the community and to make the vegan life style Accessible.

Too often vegan baked goods are considered "lesser" or not as exciting as "regular" baked goods. I have spent my food career proving otherwise- it's possible to have a flaky crust, a satisfying puff pastry, a delicious BREAKFAST without having to compromise or negotiate with your non vegan friends. This is food for ALL! Years at Zingermans Bakehouse taught me the value of using quality ingredients, and spending multiple years in the wedding cake business at Sweet Heather Anne taught me that good things are worth taking the time to get as close to perfect as possible. I love experimenting and believe that good food is good food! You don't need animal products to make amazing comfort food, and cake is for the whole party! I'm so excited to be able to share my years of research and experience in the most delicious way.
